TBOE: September upd8

Good morning, this month I have a small update for you.

It's experimental in the sense that I've been shuffling around a lot of the under-the-hood technical mumbo jumbos so items n such will be easier to make and change and work with. Because I've not been able to thoroughly test these new mumbo jumbos, I'm leaving the web build on the old version for some time, while the downloads are in the new version. and if it seems like everything is good with the windows/linux versions then I'll update the web version too in a week or so.

In terms of actual new content, we have some:

• a button in the options menu to reset your save file has been added
• Lootboxes are improved
• Set of tape restraints and a tape enemy
• Set of tentacle restraints, which if you try to remove them have a high % chance to move to another part of the body instead
